We founded Thirty Madison in 2017 as a virtual-first specialized healthcare company. We focus on making healthcare more accessible and affordable, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the patient experience. We provide accessible and effective treatments for hundreds of thousands of people managing ongoing medical conditions.

Our specialized healthcare brands include Nurx. We offer non-clinical patient support, answering questions by phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling prescription insurance and medication delivery. We also manage licensing for our clinical organization and work with telemedicine physicians, like those in KMG Medical Group, who offer evidence-based care for complex medical conditions, including psychiatry.
