About Tia

We started Tia in 2017 to provide women with integrated in-person and virtual care. Our “Whole Woman, Whole Life” model brings together gynecology, primary care, mental health, and wellness services for comprehensive treatment.

You can find our clinics in New York (Soho, Williamsburg), Los Angeles (Culver City, Pasadena, Playa Vista, Silver Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood), San Francisco (1500 Mission St), and Phoenix (Scottsdale, AZ, with Tia Gilbert opening in 2026). We accept most major PPO insurance plans.

We offer two service options: “Tia Essential” provides care without a membership fee, or you can choose a “Tia Membership” for $25/month or $240/year, which includes benefits like priority access and coordinated support.

Our ten specialties include:

  • Gynecology and Sexual Health: We handle well-woman exams, contraception, fertility care, perimenopause and menopause management, abnormal bleeding, and treatment for vaginal, vulvar, or urinary symptoms (including STI testing). We also address conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids.
  • Primary Care: This includes annual preventative exams, health screenings, chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and care for abdominal issues, sleep disturbances, gender-affirming hormone therapy, pain, headaches, and common illnesses.
  • Perimenopause & Menopause: We offer clinical and natural approaches for hormonal shifts, including HRT, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle support, and acupuncture.
  • Hormonal Health: We address irregular cycles, bloating, cramps, and PMS by examining hormonal ecosystems.
  • Fertility & Postpartum Support: We provide guidance on ovulation, conception, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, pelvic recovery, and mood.
  • Weight Management & Metabolic Health: We create personalized plans for weight changes, insulin resistance, and metabolic health, using tools like GLP-1s, nutrition, and lifestyle.
  • Longevity: We offer strategies for healthy aging, focusing on habits, hormones, metabolic health, stress, and protecting cognitive and metabolic health.
  • Mental Health: This includes assessments, medication management, psychiatry, and support groups, with referrals for individual, couples, or family therapy.
  • Acupuncture: We use acupuncture for general health, pain, headaches, menstrual cycle support, mental health, stress, abdominal/digestive issues, fatigue, perimenopause, and menopause.
  • Skin Care: We provide medical and aesthetic services for acne, rosacea, eczema, rashes, custom skincare regimens, neurotoxins, chemical peels, and microneedling.

Benefits & Perks

We offer competitive benefits and perks to our employees. Many roles have remote work flexibility, and we commit to market-competitive salaries with pay equity and transparency. For example, Care Coordinator Level I roles range from $18.00-$22.00 per hour, and some Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant roles are $125,000-$140,000.

We provide medical, dental, and vision benefits, with coverage starting on day one for some positions. Other benefits include an annual CME stipend, paid holidays, and vacation and sick leave (with unlimited vacation for some roles). We also offer a 401k program (currently without matching) and a competitive stock option package.

For remote employees, we provide a $300 one-time work-from-home stipend, a $50/month phone and internet reimbursement, and a 13” Macbook Pro. We also cover travel for team off-sites.

Clinicians receive additional benefits, including a quarterly bonus program, paid learning time off, medical malpractice coverage, and reimbursement for state licenses, board certification, BLS certification, and DEA where required. They also get complimentary subscriptions to educational tools (e.g., UpToDate), extensive educational resources, monthly clinical training, and access to AI documentation software to reduce administrative work.

Please note that attendance at company and team off-sites and adherence to vaccine policies may be required.
