Overview:
The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint’s Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. This position can be remote. Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working on a shift from 5:30PM to 2:30 AM IST.
What You’ll Do:
Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC
Contact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors
Send invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance
Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings
Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges
Assist in managing internal documents
Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences
Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures.
What You Have:
Bachelor’s degree
Previous project management experience strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work under tight deadlines
Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours
Proficiency in MS-Office, Outlook, and Google Suite
Proficient in the use of the internet for research
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually
Demonstrated ability to work both in a team atmosphere and autonomously
A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
