We are a B Corp Certified BPO, the first and largest global B Corp Certified BPO, and the first in the Philippines. We work with over 100 client partners and have more than 1,500 team members across 5 countries (United States, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Philippines) and 7 cities. We operate in over 10 languages.

On average, our clients stay with us for 4.5 years, our client CSAT is 97%, and our team member retention rate is 98%.
