Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficient with Microsoft excel, google sheet, and data analytics tools for generating insights
- Proficient with digital marketing tools i.e. Google Analytic, appsflyer, google tag manager, etc
- Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend
- Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate sensible business acumen to plan sales campaigns & activation
- Run and oversee overall paid channel performance campaign
- Create & Optimization for Google Ad campaigns (SEM)
- Create & optimization for Social Ads ( Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok Ads)
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Supervise the paid listings on third party websites and media partners
- Supervise all performance tracker and measure all marketing campaigns
- Regularly review paid channel analytics reports and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
Past relevant experience in the Financial industry/fintech is highly valued
