📋 What You’ll Do:
- Assist with probate administration, including drafting and filing legal documents. ⚖️
- Manage the probate process from start to finish. 📑
- Gather and organize documents for probate and estate planning. 🗂️
- Prepare estate planning documents like wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. ✍️
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. 🔍
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties in English and Spanish. 🗣️
- Handle e-filing, track deadlines, and manage correspondence. 📜
- Answer and route phone calls professionally. 📞
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least one year of experience working in a U.S. probate law firm. 💼
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. 🎓
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. 📌
- Has proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents. 📜
- Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word. 💻
- Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. 💪
- Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ⚡
