We’re looking for experienced Billing Specialists with expertise in Collections and QuickBooks Online to join our team. 📋 What You’ll Do:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about contracts and invoices. 📞✉️
- Create and send invoices to clients, including details of charges and payment terms. 🧾💰
- Resolve billing issues and ensure a high level of customer service. 💡🤝
- Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing, collections, and tracking payments. 📊💻
- Efficiently manage emails: sort, prioritize, and respond to messages promptly. ✉️🗂️
- Perform administrative tasks: invoice clients, organize documents, manage simple projects, and work with Excel/CRM systems. 📂📋
- Handle client-facing tasks: answer inquiries, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong client relationships. 🤝💬
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in billing, collections, and customer service. 💼💰
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online with hands-on expertise. 💻📊
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative tasks. 🗂️📅
- Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken). 🌎✍️
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. 🎯💡
- Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection. 💻📶
- Reside permanently in Latin America. 🌍🏡
