We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Wellness Coach with a background in psychology, HR, and coaching to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and representatives on their wellness journey through personalized coaching and guidance. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing support, resources, and tools to help individuals thrive. Candidate must speak English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual wellness coaching sessions with clients and representatives to assess needs, set goals, and develop personalized wellness plans.
Provide support and guidance in areas such as stress management, mindfulness, resilience building, and self-care practices.
Facilitate group wellness workshops and seminars on topics relevant to overall well-being and personal development.
Collaborate with HR departments to design and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Serve as a resource and advocate for mental health and well-being within the organization, promoting a culture of wellness and inclusivity.
Stay abreast of current research and trends in psychology, wellness, and coaching to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Proven experience in wellness program development, implementation, and evaluation within corporate settings.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to inspire and motivate others.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of clients and representatives.
Emotional Intelligence.
Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant CRMs.
