Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Wellness Coach with a background in psychology, HR, and coaching to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and representatives on their wellness journey through personalized coaching and guidance. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing support, resources, and tools to help individuals thrive. Candidate must speak English and Spanish.

NOTE: Both written and spoken. Only resumes in English will be considered. This position is open to applicants from all countries in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual wellness coaching sessions with clients and representatives to assess needs, set goals, and develop personalized wellness plans.

  • Provide support and guidance in areas such as stress management, mindfulness, resilience building, and self-care practices.

  • Facilitate group wellness workshops and seminars on topics relevant to overall well-being and personal development.

  • Collaborate with HR departments to design and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients.

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Serve as a resource and advocate for mental health and well-being within the organization, promoting a culture of wellness and inclusivity.

  • Stay abreast of current research and trends in psychology, wellness, and coaching to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in wellness program development, implementation, and evaluation within corporate settings.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of clients and representatives.

  • Emotional Intelligence.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant CRMs.
