Role Overview
As a Partner, Organizational Development, you drive data-informed decision-making, optimize organizational processes, and lead strategic workforce initiatives. You manage and enhance the talent review process, improve people analytics, and develop scalable frameworks and tools that streamline People operations. You leverage expertise in data analysis, operational excellence, and organizational development to provide actionable insights, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the company. As a champion of innovation, you integrate AI tools and advanced analytics into People processes, elevating decision-making speed and impact.

What you do each day:
- Lead and continuously enhance the talent review process, serving as a fully functional backup and strategic contributor
- Own and deliver medium to high-complexity ad hoc reporting and people analytics projects that drive organizational insight
- Build and maintain scalable frameworks, dashboards, and tools that optimize People processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Champion the use of AI-driven tools to improve workflows, enhance insights, and streamline People operations
- Oversee taxonomy updates, QA testing, and operational workflows, ensuring data integrity and system consistency
- Utilize data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to present compelling insights that inform workforce planning
- Analyze organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive measurable business impact
- Mentor and develop analytical and AI capabilities across the People & Enablement team, fostering a data-driven culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scale and optimize complex organizational workflows
- Partner with leadership to align organizational initiatives with evolving business strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development, people analytics, workforce planning, or a related field
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with expertise in spreadsheets (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets) and analytics tools
- Proven experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and process execution supporting People functions
- Experience with QA testing, operational workflow management, and taxonomy governance
- Expertise using data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience integrating AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and operational efficiency
- Compensation experience strongly preferred

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
