Due to continued growth, we are looking for Financial Services Payments Consultants with an experience in payments to join a growing team across Belgium & France.
What will you be doing?
On a day-to-day basis as a Payments Expert Consultant, you’ll get involved in designing and delivering the future of our clients’ payments strategy, operating models, and architecture.
Your work will be about helping to improve the capabilities of payment market infrastructures, financial institutions, and players across value chain (Payment Service Providers, Fintech, Retail).
You will work closely with practice leaders and senior consultants in both Belgium & France, while developing a truly international expertise by working on projects in both countries.
What are we looking for?
Passion, drive and learning are more important than technical skills; however, here is a list of what would make a good Financial Services Payments Consultant at Projective Group:-
- Experience as a Consultant in the financial services industry on payments-related initiatives.
- Experience in Banking and/or Capital Markets
- Ability to pilot transformation projects in a complex environment
- Ability to design product, solution, process & operation
- Service-oriented & reliable customer relationship manager
- Excellent writing & communication skills in French & English
Requirements
Key knowledge and skills we are looking for include:
- Core payment operations and/or card payments.
- Correspondent and transaction banking.
- Clearing and settlement.
- Financial messaging (MT & ISO 20022).
- Central bank digital currencies, including blockchain technology.
- PSD2 and Open Banking.
- Skills in Change Delivery in complex environments
- Business Analysis, and/or Product Ownership skills
- A degree in business, finance or equivalent.
- Full fluency in English
- Full fluency in French
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
