Founded in 2008, we are a financial services organization that provides technology infrastructure and API-based solutions for businesses. We combine banking expertise with technological innovation, using our real-time banking core to deliver embedded payments, cards, and lending solutions to millions of consumers and businesses.

We serve fintech and technology companies, neobanks, digital lenders, merchant acquirers, the gaming industry, and institutional credit investors. Our banking platform includes:

• Crypto: combining fiat rails, stablecoin payments, and crypto-native products.
• Bank Rails: for ACH, wires, and real-time networks.
• Card Payments: accepting and processing with global networks like Visa and Mastercard.
• Card Issuing and Processing: providing a flexible issuing platform and BIN sponsorship.
• Digital Lending: from origination and servicing to securitization and sale.
• Accounts: supporting FDIC-insured business and consumer accounts with subledgers.
• Principal Financing: for cashflow-producing assets.

Through CRB Securities, a Cross River company, we also offer capital raising and advisory services to the fintech ecosystem, including private placements, M&A, ABS issuance, and loan sale advisory. We are a Member FDIC, employ over 900 people, and partner with more than 80 technology companies.

We have over 900 employees across 36 US states and in Israel. Our corporate headquarters are in Fort Lee, NJ, and our development team is based in Jerusalem, Israel. While some positions are fully remote, our Israel office uses a flexible hybrid model.
