PEO and Enterprise Account Manager at FinFit
The PEO & Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise and PEO accounts. This role focuses on driving account penetration, increasing communication adoption, and identifying new sales opportunities within key partnerships. The ideal candidate excels in strategic account management, client communication, and sales pipeline development, ensuring the delivery of measurable results and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
1. Enterprise Account Management
a.Manage assigned enterprise accounts, focusing on driving deeper penetration and greater adoption of communication strategies.
b.Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet client needs and maximize account potential.
c.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term client success.
2. Client Communication and Reporting
a.Develop and maintain a schedule for monthly and quarterly client calls to review outcomes, performance metrics, and feedback.
b.Promote awareness and adoption of new products and services during client interactions.
c.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports that highlight value and support decision-making.
3. PEO Account Management and Sales
a.Manage PEO partner accounts and identify opportunities for new sales within payroll channel partnerships.
b.Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with PEO partners.
c.Ensure alignment between client goals and organizational offerings to maximize success.
4. PrismHR Strategic Account Management
a.Serve as the primary strategic account manager for the PrismHR partnership.
b.Oversee day-to-day account activities, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives.
c.Drive initiatives to enhance the partnership and deliver measurable results.
5. Enterprise Sales Pipeline Development
a.Develop, maintain, and manage an enterprise sales pipeline, identifying high-value opportunities.
b.Work collaboratively with internal teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
c.Regularly update and report on pipeline performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
