Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle for our global team, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and cohesive employee experience.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition efforts and contribute to Company growth, especially during peak hiring times.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, helping to ensure the integration of new hires within the company.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and labor laws.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on company-wide initiatives to enhance culture and support strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain policies, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Support P&C-related communication, helping to create and share updates, policies, and employee resources.
- Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events and wellness programs.
- Support the performance review process by coordinating feedback sessions, preparing relevant materials, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams to support the development of career pathing and talent development initiatives, including identifying training opportunities and supporting performance review cycles.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and provide insights to enhance retention and job satisfaction.
- Stay updated on People Ops and HR best practices to continuously contribute to process improvements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll support, benefits and leave administration, attendance tracking, and report preparation.
- Play an important role in the growth of the company by participating in process improvement, workforce planning, and similar projects.
- Other responsibilities may be required from time to time within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, People Ops, or related role.
- Experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Consultancy firms is a big plus.
- An understanding of US Labor Law or US-based related experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent Business English skills. All interviews will be held in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for creating a positive workplace environment and fostering employee engagement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in ongoing learning and development, especially in areas related to HR trends and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work from a home office. Some travel may be required from time to time.
- Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (EST).
