Position Overview:

The People Technology Manager will drive the strategic vision, implementation, and optimization of the People Team technology stack, with a strong focus on ADP Workforce Now and broader HR systems architecture, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and scalability to support business growth. This role will also lead the exploration and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance People operations. The People Technology Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, and implement technological solutions that streamline processes, improve user experience, and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the People technology stack, ensuring alignment with business needs and People Team strategy.
  • Own the configuration, data integrity, security, and optimization of core People systems, including ADP Workforce Now, CultureAmp, and other People-related platforms.
  • Manage system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and other relevant business functions.
  • Establish and oversee governance controls for People Team systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and external audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous innovation in People technology by identifying automation opportunities, reducing redundant processes, and improving user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and execute system upgrade strategies, new feature rollouts, and platform enhancements.
  • Lead technical change management efforts, including training programs, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Grow with us as we develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance People functions and efficiency.
  • Partner with vendors and external consultants to evaluate and implement new technologies, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging People technologies, and AI advancements to proactively enhance our technology capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR technology, HRIS management, or related roles.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other ADP modules.
  • Experience with automation tools and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR technology roadmaps, system implementations, and cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of integration methodologies and experience managing HR system integrations with Payroll, Finance, and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR data privacy and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Experience in project management and change management best practices.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $113,500 - $180,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
