Jordan Digital Marketing, a 2023 Google Premier Partner Workplace Excellence award finalist, is a remote-first, remote-always digital marketing agency. We focus on paid media, SEO, and content marketing to deliver best-in-class results for startups, predominantly in B2B, SaaS, and Fintech. We drive real business growth for our clients by acting as an extension of their in-house team. We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our paid acquisition team.
What You’ll Do
Own and lead advertising strategy for 3–5 client accounts
Plan, execute, and analyze paid search and paid social strategy for our clients
Manage media spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads
Lead weekly client meetings and own the client relationships
Conduct quarterly strategic planning meetings to drive client success
Develop and implement testing strategies to increase advertising efficiency
Ensure tracking best practices are followed, including OCT, proper lead routing within client CRMs, and conversion setup
Reporting on KPIs and communicating clearly with clients
Work closely with the Account Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved
You Have
4+ years of experience in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) campaign management
2+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role
Proven experience developing and implementing new advertising strategies and ideas for clients
Experience driving results through advanced measurement tactics like OCT
A natural problem-solving ability with a growth mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Full-time permanent residency within the United States
We Would Appreciate if you Have
Experience running multiple paid channels and figuring out new ones
B2B marketing experience
Experience with OCT, Enhanced Conversions
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo
An analytical mindset
A desire for continuous learning
An entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity about the industry
Experience working within teams and with other marketing teams
Experience working with other marketing channels such as SEO, CRO, organic social, email, etc. (a plus but not required)
