Job description
Salary: P50,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Legal Document Drafting – Ability to create and prepare demand letters, legal correspondence, and case summaries accurately.
- Case File Management – Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed and up-to-date digital case files.
- Medical Record Review – Competence in analyzing and summarizing medical records and bills.
- Client Communication – Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for client interaction and updates.
- Knowledge of Legal Software – Proficiency in legal practice management tools such as Clio, Filevine, or SmartAdvocate.
Nice to have:
- Paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies
- Familiarity with HIPAA and medical privacy regulations
What will you do?
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including demand letters and case summaries.
- Collect, review, and organize medical records and billing statements.
- Prepare medical chronologies and treatment summaries for attorney review.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to gather information and provide updates.
- Coordinate with medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
- Conduct discovery and research related to medical providers and accident details.
- Keep detailed and accurate digital case files.
- Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, tone, and professionalism.
