Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 200+ team distributed across the globe united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health.
Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life.
To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values:
• Patients first.
• Learn Fast.
• Own the quality.
• Succeed together.
• Care deeply.
Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!
The role
As a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care through remote clinical services for Numan’s patients. You’ll work alongside pharmacists and clinicians to review treatments, maintain accurate clinical records, and provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients about their medications. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll also help manage digital workflows, support safe prescribing practices, and use innovative tools to ensure care is efficient, accessible, and patient-centred.
You’ll be:
- Reviewing patient consultations, medical histories, and medications to assess treatment eligibility.
- Providing clear, compassionate support to patients, responding to queries and guiding them through their care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records in line with clinical governance standards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and escalating complex cases where appropriate.
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives, audits, and clinical team meetings.
- Following SOPs and national guidelines to ensure safety and high standards of care.
- Supporting clinical incident reporting and learning processes to uphold safety and improve service delivery.
- Using a range of digital tools, including electronic health records (EHRs) and remote prescribing platforms, to deliver efficient and accurate care.
- Liaising with the operations team to highlight stock issues that may impact patient treatment.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Prior experience working in primary care, digital health, or a similar clinical setting.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and patient management systems.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with patients and colleagues.
- A detail-focused approach to record-keeping and data accuracy.
- Clinical judgement and problem-solving skills to support safe, effective care.
- The ability to work independently on defined clinical areas, with support from the medical team as needed.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience supporting patients in areas such as weight management, men’s health, or digital-first healthcare models.
- Familiarity with digital health platforms, such as remote prescribing tools, telehealth systems, or patient-facing apps.
