The role
We are looking for a product-focused Android engineer to join our motivated and growing team. We are a fast-moving, agile team made up of experienced engineers that take pride in our work. You will be involved in the development of the next generation of Numan products and have a direct impact on shaping the future of Numan.
You’ll be:
- Instrumental in building a health platform that helps our patients take better care of themselves.
- Hands-on with coding, best practices, appropriate tools and technologies.
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced colleagues to help them up their game and become better engineers.
- Guiding technical projects by working closely with our designers, product managers and marketers.
- Working with other parts of the business in clarifying requirements at the onset of projects and suggesting different and relevant technical approaches.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Wants to build products that can truly have a fundamental positive impact on people’s lives.
- Is a shipper, with a track record of taking projects from conception to the Play Store.
- Has experience with agile development methodologies with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Is excited about the Android ecosystem and about programming in Kotlin.
- Loves being part of the design process and has a passion for turning designs into beautiful and smooth experiences.
- Has incredible attention to detail.
