We are a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and healthcare technology company founded in 2005. We develop solutions for payers, providers, and pharmacies to simplify care, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.

Our main platform, Darwin™, combines clinical, financial, and operational tools. We offer transparent pricing and Assura, a net cost guarantee pricing solution. Our services include Pharmacy Benefit Management, Health Business Intelligence, Health Information Technology (HIT), Medicare, Medicaid, Software-as-a-Service, Rebates Management, and Pharmacy Network solutions. We also provide a home delivery app for members to manage prescriptions.

Each year, we manage $14 billion in drug spending, serve 7.5 million people, and process 220 million prescription claims. We’ve helped a client achieve a 5-STAR Part D rating. We work with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Employer plans across the U.S. Our team handles claims services, product ownership, software testing, pharmacy network and pricing configuration, customer service, security engineering, rebates data and reporting, and coverage determination.
