Job description
We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing processes, automating workflows, and integrating data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Custom Power Apps: Build canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals tailored to business needs.
- Automate Workflows: Create and optimize business process automation using Power Automate (flows), AI Builder, and RPA.
- Data Management: Design and manage Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources for structured and efficient storage.
- Power BI Reporting: Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business insights.
- Integrations & APIs: Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
- Security & Governance: Ensure application security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed.
- Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, UAT, and deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Expertise in Power Apps (canvas & model-driven apps) and Dataverse.
- Strong experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows for RPA, AI Builder).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, and SQL for custom functionalities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI/ML, Cognitive Services).
- Hands-on experience with security roles, permissions, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD, SSO).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications: PL-600 or PL-400
- Experience with Dataverse Web API, custom connectors, and Azure API Management.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code best practices and governance.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot AI.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, government, or supply chain.
