Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Draft, review, and optimize copy for product flows, user instructions, and in-app messaging to ensure clarity and user-friendliness.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, user experience, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to support product development and iteration.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings and user insights.
- Support other product-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity in writing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and market data.
- Basic understanding of product management concepts is a plus.
- Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
