Job Summary

  • Define and drive the roadmap for the Social Media Management (SMM) platform.

β€’ Identify user pain points, validate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

β€’ Oversee the full product lifecycle: from discovery and research to launch and post-launch evaluation.

β€’ Analyze user feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to guide product decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

β€’ Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver features.

β€’ Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases.

β€’ Draft detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation.

β€’ Establish and lead acceptance testing processes.

β€’ Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategy of the SMM platform.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.

β€’ Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

β€’ Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

β€’ Data-driven mindset; hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

β€’ Nice to have: Experience with social media technology or content management systems.
