Requirements
- Experience with product management for developer tooling for technical users
- Technical understanding of DevOps, SaaS, Cloud
- 2-5 years of product management experience
- Ability to work independently as well as with users across timezones
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - design, engineering, customer success, sales
- Good time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Driving user interviews
- Gathering requirements from users through engaging user interviews
- Synthesizing requirements into detailed PRDs
- Relaying all the relevant information and motivations behind each feature request
- Representing the user (developers and DevEx teams) in the development process
- Closing the loop with users to validate that the right features have been built
