Job description
The company you’ll join
Investing in private equity or venture capital should be as easy as buying a stock on Robinhood but it isn’t. Instead of purchasing investments in a few clicks, investors fill out 200+ page forms.
Passthrough simplifies investor onboarding, fund closing, and compliance with workflows that guide investors through only what applies to them and once they’ve invested, we save their information to create a reusable investor profile, so the next investment is even faster.
Since launching in 2020, we’ve processed tens of billions of dollars and helped 50K+ investors complete documents in as short as 2 minutes. We’re making an outdated, manual process into something modern, simple, and built for scale.
The problems you’ll solve
We work with some of the largest asset managers and asset servicers in the world. We’re focused on making material, measurable improvements in the time it takes for firms to onboard for their investors and orchestrating reviews and approval. We also integrate with all of the major investor portal platforms to present a more seamless experience for firms and investors. We’re focused on reducing the complexity of implementation while maintaining a united user experience instead of feeling like a bolt-on.
The impact you’ll have
As a Product Manager, you’ll work with our largest customers and with design and engineering to take features from ideation to implementation. For the first 3-4 months we’ll embed you with our customer success team where you’ll lead the implementation of one of the largest asset managers in the world. Once you’re up to speed on Passthrough, you’ll be responsible for our enterprise and API roadmaps.
Desired qualifications
Experience in customer success managing large enterprise implementations (2 years required).
Experience working as a product manager in payments, compliance, risk, or a related fintech industry (2 year required)
Demonstrated track record of implementing and improving products using a data driven approach
Deep understanding of how to sequence and build products to continually deliver customer value and assess product impact
Excellent communication skills, including experience writing clear and concise documentation that outlines business cases and customer problems
What to expect in the hiring process
We follow a consistent process for all Product Manager roles to ensure equity in how we hire. It’s designed to help us understand how you work and help you get to know us, too.
All roles require a background check.
