Founded in 2020, we have 11-50 employees and are trusted by over 2,000 funds. We are SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, conduct regular penetration testing, and use Google Cloud for our backend infrastructure.

Our mission is to power investor identity information for the entire alternative investment ecosystem. We aim to make investing in private markets as accessible as public stocks by building tools and infrastructure to change how private funds operate, starting with our fund closing software.

They work in two-week sprint cycles with regular check-ins to support career development. Passthrough operates on a remote US-based model, with new hires completing an in-person onboarding during their first week.
