The Role:
We seek a Product Manager to join our crew and work on our essential products, with a focus on our casino vertical and contributing to the business’ growth. You must have strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.
As a Product Manager, you are expected to
Manage one product within your vertical and be the expert
Always be on top of performance, looking at the KPIs for your products and deriving actions from it
Constantly focus on business, market (iGaming,) and user insights (qualitative and quantitative) to feed the strategy & backlogs
Prioritize and plan upcoming work that aligns with the current roadmap
Work in a cross-functional team (SEO, Content, CRO, UX, Dev, Sale,s etc) with the main focus on delivering user and business value and managing day-to-day operations
Focus on early learning and validation by having a data-driven mindset when solving business/user problems & opportunities
Eager to identify and generate new sales opportunities
Coordinate with key stakeholders throughout the initiatives
Proficient in the different aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
Attention to detail
Follow up on the initiatives with data to be able to understand the potential value
Work in an iterative and agile/lean product development mindset throughout the whole user journey (acquisition, activation, revenue & retention)

Requirements
Proficient experience in agile and lean product management
Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
Data-driven experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, Looker, GA4, Hotjar
Capable of using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console
Proficient WordPress knowledge
Result-driven leader with excellent communication skills
Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Preferably experience and understanding from experimentation (CRO)
Preferably experience within affiliation and iGaming
