The Product Owner, Senior Manager, Process will be a member of the “Expand” (Extreme Process Analytics and Data Governance) team, within the Process pillar, and is responsible for product ownership, agile delivery, strategic program planning, and cross-functional execution of the Expand team’s initiatives, including the rollout of the global, data and analytics solution, “EDNA”.

This position will partner with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure the Expand Team delivers work that meaningfully improves the day-to-day execution and strategic planning across the enterprise. Examples include: changing the way the business teams create and convert high quality funnel, target whitespace of new customers, increase renewal rates, and operationally align product and sales teams in managing upgrades to next-generation products or migrations of end-of-sale products.

This role will support business stakeholders across all functions.

This position is remote, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Data and Business Transformation.

Specific Duties:

Domain Experience

Product Ownership & Delivery

•           Design solutions that combine process and data solutions to drive business outcomes.

•           Organize solutions around MVPs for iterative releases, ensuring product adoption and feedback loops.

•           Define, prioritize, and refine backlog of user stories, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and technical feasibility, translating high-level business goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

•           Facilitate working sessions to design solutions with clear actions organized around an ultimate outcome.

•           Support business in the adoption of new insights, reports, and data in their day-to-day operations and contribute to requirements for actionable reports and data.

Project & Program Management

•           Create and maintain plans for cross-functional initiatives, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation, user testing, to implementation, and partnering with stakeholders across the Expand team and business.

•           Track key delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies and proactively remove blockers.

•           Possess an in-depth understanding of how business stakeholders use critical systems, data, and insights to identify and co-lead automation and transformation opportunities.

Scrum & Agile Delivery

•           Act as Scrum Master for delivery squads, facilitating agile ceremonies and driving sprint execution.

•           Communicate progress, risks, milestones, to team pillars and business stakeholders.

•           Act as a liaison across the Expand team’s pillars to ensure alignment of priorities and success metrics.

Leadership Planning

•           Lead roadmap and planning activities to size and scope the level of effort for near- and long-term projects.

•           Collaborate with department leaders, program leads, and senior leadership for planning and execution, communicating timelines, outcomes, and budgets, and identifying risks and opportunities.

•           Support VP with strategic planning cycles, executive briefings, and initiative progress reviews.

People and Team Management

•           Both lead others and work independently in the design and development of all aspects of the delivered solutions, providing directional and technical guidance to team members to advance prioritized outcomes collectively.

•           Manage, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, including setting goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing staff with guidance on technical/project-related issues.

•           Run agile meetings for planning, refinement, and readouts specific to the pillar of focus.

•           Identify team needs for hiring, advancement, and learning opportunities, supporting the team’s growth and development.

Qualifications:

•           Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience

•           8+ years hands-on experience working in a similar process-improvement or transformational role that leverages solutions across sales, sales ops, finance, and/or supply chain departments and CRM, CPQ, or ERP technologies.

•           Proven experience delivering data and analytics solutions to business in large enterprises.

Hard Skills

•           Strong experience defining MVPs, managing backlogs, and leading agile teams using tools like Jira and Confluence.

•           Comfort in designing products/solutions that involve data pipelines that span ingestion, transformation, and visualization layers, coupled with process changes and adoption.

•           Experience leading multi-phase programs with measurable impact on revenue or operational efficiencies.

•           Agile certification (CSM/PSM, PMI-ACP) and/or PMP is a plus.

Soft Skills

•           Comfort in working within an agile team, leveraging DevOps concepts and agile-enablement tools including Jira, Confluence, and Github.

•           Can be highly flexible in adapting to the needs of the team and organization.

•           Ability to ascertain clarity from ambiguous situations and work independently to drive project execution, and to drive change through collaboration and influence across stakeholders with varied perspectives.

•           Comfort in clearly communicating complex roadmaps and project execution plans to both technical and business stakeholders, with demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills to present compelling recommendations.

•           Proven leadership experience, ideally as a senior leader within an analogous process, analytics, or data management function.
