Establish and implement standardized production processes to maintain consistency and quality across various project types and geographies.

  • Act as a key decision-maker for high-stakes issues related to technical requirements, resource allocation, and venue/vendor selection.

  • Become the central point of assessment for venue adaptations, including layout, materials, HVAC, and infrastructure modifications.

  • Work closely with local producers to streamline venue validation and approval.

  • Support local teams in navigating permitting processes.

Technical Implementation & Optimisation

  • Standardize playbook deployment across all sites and partnerships.

  • Share learnings between operative sites and new developments to introduce efficiencies to mitigate risks.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships and technology requirements across regions.

Quality Assurance

  • Establish and uphold creative and operational quality standards for all projects.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative and operational benchmarks.
  • Gather and analyze feedback post-delivery to drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects.

Logistics & Asset Management

  • Develop frameworks for efficient equipment handling, transport, and setup.

  • Oversee asset tracking and optimize usage across projects.

  • Maintain a strong network of contacts and suppliers.

Financial Management & Budgeting

  • Develop guiding principles and value optimisation for production budgets, ensuring consistency throughout local implementation.

  • Partner with Finance to report on expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects meet financial goals.

  • Align spending with strategic objectives, implementing controls to avoid overspending without compromising quality.

Industry Trends & Best Practices

  • Stay up to date with industry standards in exhibitions and family attractions.

  • Implement proven best practices in production and operations to maintain efficiency, safety, and consistency across projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Successful and timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget.

  • Positive feedback from stakeholders and partners.

  • Consistent execution quality across different regions.

  • Cost optimisations and resource efficiency.

  • Development and retention of global production talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of production leadership in Location Based Entertainment

  • Successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions.

  • Proven success managing multi-region projects from concept to delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of technical production, fabrication, installation, and safety compliance.

  • Experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and handling permitting, rules, and regulations.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational feasibility.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills; proven ability to mentor and motivate cross-cultural teams.

  • Strong network of vendors and venues.

  • Curious, with an appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.

  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
