About the role
We are looking for a Promo Planner to coordinate the creation, production, and broadcast of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots for the channel, ensuring clarity, editorial alignment, and technical quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate the creation, scripting, and finalization of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots
- Supervise scripts and pieces, ensuring clarity, technical quality, and editorial consistency
- Maintain an updated inventory of promotional, commercial, institutional, and filler spots (governmental and internal)
- Work in partnership with Programming, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure coherence between content strategy and audience communication
- Monitor deadlines, performance, and engagement of promos, proposing adjustments when necessary
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in planning and producing promos for TV or digital media
- Knowledge of scripting, promotional language, and post-production processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and workflows
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across different teams (Programming, Marketing, and Production)
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strategic vision for audience communication
