About the role
As a Programming Scheduler at Sporty, you will be responsible for organizing and updating the daily programming schedule in the play-out system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s editorial and operational strategies. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly to live changes, and close coordination with technical and content teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Organize, input, and update the daily programming schedule in the playout system (Media+ or similar), ensuring all broadcast information is accurate and complete
- Make real-time operational adjustments to the schedule due to content changes, live events, or editorial strategy updates
- Monitor the schedule in real time, identifying inconsistencies or technical conflicts and proposing solutions in collaboration with the coordination team
- Collect and organize audience data from both linear and digital platforms to support content performance analysis
- Assist in verifying and validating the schedule with MCR and technical teams to ensure operational alignment
- Manage the content inventory, ensuring proper organization and availability of materials for airing
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in TV programming, channel scheduling, or media operations
- Familiarity with playout systems such as Media+, Imagine, or similar
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and agility in handling real-time adjustments
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams
- Basic understanding of audience metrics and content performance indicators
- Proficiency in Excel and tools for content organization and control
- English speaking, reading and writing skills : Professional or Bilingual
