Dentons Business Services EMEA serves as the operational backbone of Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, enabling exceptional service delivery to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a critical part of Dentons’ global network, our EMEA business services team drives efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Proposals Coordinator to join our European team but working out of Warsaw. The successful candidate will work with European stakeholders in winning new business and increasing market presence. This includes the preparation of compelling proposals and overall project coordination.

  • Oversee all aspects of the proposal process from receiving a request to delivering the final product. Tasks include evaluating opportunities, strategizing the look, feel, and tone of responses, creating compelling content, efficiently communicating with lawyers, ensuring quality assurance and timely submission, and conducting win/loss reviews and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance and pricing teams to reflect best practices in proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed proposal records on Dentons’ internal tracking platform.
  • Prepare high-quality supporting materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively use technology and AI solutions to streamline and support the end-to-end proposals process.
  • Collaborating with European country MBD teams to collect all required information and ensure alignment throughout the proposal process.
  • Actively participate in projects and initiatives to improve processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Independent, proactive working style.

  • A confident personality and ability to voice your professional opinion.

  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).

  • University degree, preferably with a focus on marketing or business development.

  • At least 3 years of experience in proposal writing/coordination.

  • Professional experience in a law firm, a major service provider, consulting firm, or agency (preferred).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to work under short deadlines and quickly adapt to new processes.
