JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Intelligence product line at Reveleer places a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Quality Engineering team members play a critical role in this mission and are deeply integrated into our software development process. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining test solutions for our web applications and integration services. While the primary focus of this role is testing web-based applications within Clinical Intelligence, data plays a central role in enabling our services. As such, ensuring robust data quality assurance and reliability is also a key responsibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, assist, and troubleshoot the development of Test Automation Framework, standards, procedures, processes, and best practices as related to Test Automation
- Maintain and Guide Test Automation Suites. Execution and undertaking analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate quality initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, IT Services, IT Solutions teams, and customers to accelerate the delivery of high-quality IT solutions
- Operate within established quality assurance frameworks to promote stability, scalability, and efficiency
- Take ownership of testing integrity and coordinate the planning and execution of testing and acceptance activities
- Assist in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures, processes, and best practices as related to automation through a Community of Practice
- Participate in a SCRUM agile environment to deliver robust, reliable, quality deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing as part of the software development process
- Some hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, or JMeter
- Basic working knowledge of SQL (specifically PostgreSQL); database queries, validations, etc.
- General understanding of PHI and HIPAA compliance concepts
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, including participation in daily standups or team meetings
- (Preferred) Introductory experience or familiarity with healthcare EHR systems like Epic or Athena
- (Preferred) Exposure to healthcare data (e.g., claims, eligibility, labs, or provider data)

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $80,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
