We provide a customer engagement platform that helps brands manage digital experiences across various channels. Our platform uses data-driven insights and AI tools to optimize social media performance, improve influencer marketing, and manage customer engagement for marketing, commerce, and customer care.

Our AI social media management tool scales with business goals, boosting engagement and streamlining how brands connect with customers. We also build and maintain web services and back-end components for user-generated content, embedded content galleries, and management dashboards, using technologies like PySpark, AWS, Databricks, Python, SQL, S3, Airflow, Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript.

We started in 1995, helping brands build digital experiences for over 30 years. We develop data insights to help brands understand conversations, find emerging topics, and respond to market signals.
