Join our client’s team as a Real Estate Broker - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in advancing real estate technology. This unique opportunity involves utilizing your expertise in real estate transactions and office operations to train sophisticated AI systems, ensuring their precision in handling compliance, finance, and intricate sales scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert insights into managing real estate transactions and overseeing agents.
- Review and annotate transaction data from real-world scenarios to enhance AI learning and performance.
- Guide AI systems to interpret regulatory compliance, financial protocols, and contract processes.
- Work alongside product teams to simulate processes related to real estate sales, leasing, and loans.
- Create and refine scenario-based training modules to address complex sales situations.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for their relevance, accuracy, and professionalism in real estate communications.
- Participate in continuous feedback loops to improve the AI’s written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate broker license with a successful track record in office, commercial, or residential transactions.
- Proven ability to manage complex real estate deals, including sales, rentals, and loan agreements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in mentoring or training agents, with a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently while effectively collaborating in a digital environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial documentation in real estate.
- Strong motivation to push the boundaries of real estate technology and AI-based solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for technology or AI projects.
- Background in creating or delivering training content for real estate professionals.
- Previous experience with compliance, finance, or process automation tools in real estate operations.
