Your role will involve managing front-desk operations, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering a positive atmosphere in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanor. 
- Answer phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when needed. 
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for office staff. 
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. 
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. 
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. 
- Support office management by maintaining supplies and inventory levels. 
- Coordinate and assist with company events and meetings as required. 
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative support are an advantage. 
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
- Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. 
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-oriented attitude. 
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
