Temporary Schedule & Details:

  • Job Title: Temporary Recruiter (High-Volume – Warehouse & Distribution)
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)
  • Schedule: (TBD)
  • Compensation: $28–$30/hour
  • Position Duration: 4 -Months (August – November 2025)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Temp Recruiter to support our growth by managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across our warehouse and distribution facilities, including warehouse workers and delivery drivers. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews, evaluating work history, skills, and compensation expectations.
  • Present job details to candidates, including duties, policies, and benefits.
  • Extend job offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Maintain a proactive sourcing pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding process until the candidates’ day one with the company

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring.
  • Proven experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles.

Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.

  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos preferred.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
