About the Role
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our growing talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate is someone who has advanced through the ranks and understands recruitment inside out—someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, helping them grow and hit performance goals.
Ensure high-quality delivery for multiple client accounts, managing priorities and deadlines.
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate management.
Set and monitor KPIs for individual recruiters and the team as a whole.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Act as a point of escalation and support during challenging searches or client demands.
Work closely with management to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and internal tools.
Contribute to business growth by supporting client relationships and identifying delivery improvements.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.
2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of recruiters.
Proven record of success in high-volume and/or niche recruitment projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
