Regional Sales Manager - WEST - B2B SaaS
Full time | 70k base + uncapped commissions | Remote - USA**
Sales Class Starts: June 2025
We’re looking for experienced Sales Professionals with a strong history in the world of B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have the drive of Gordon Gekko, the good nature of Tommy Boy and a high tolerance for movie and sports references. If you live to turn No to Yes and want to have business cards that say bacon, this might be the job for you.
This role includes responsibility for new logo sales to potential clients only. This role does not include responsibility for renewals and/or account management for existing clients.
About You
- You’re a B2B SaaS sales machine with a stellar history of smashing revenue targets for at least one to two years.
- You’ve danced with products sporting an average sales price (ASP) ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 in annual recurring revenue.
- Price objections? You handle them with the finesse of a 5-star chef, not like someone flipping burgers.
- You’re a Sherlock Holmes of problem-solving, always on the hunt for the best solutions to enhance HR & Payroll operations.
- Your prospecting skills are top notch and your determination to win is unshakable.
Compensation
- On Target Earnings, first year: $85k - $95k
- On Target Earnings, second year: $150k-$250k
- On Target Earnings, third year and beyond: $250k
