The Role
China SFA is a SaaS CRM product defined and built specifically in China, for China. We are looking for functional QA/Senior QA Engineers with BlackBox and Automation testing experience to be part of the energy team.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for functional testing upon web, WeChat, WeCom, and iOS app
- Work closely with product managers, developers within the scrum team to ensure the product delivery as scheduled.
- Create test plan, test cases/scripts, test data, etc. according to software requirements and design documents.
- Allocate defects and analyze associated risks, push problem-solving and verify outcomes.
- Automate new features for better regression coverage, analyze automation results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Math or equivalent.
- Relevant industry experience: Senior QA Engineer (5+ years), QA Engineer (2+ years), Associate QA Engineer (industry experience a plus)
- Familiar with software testing methodologies, tools, and approaches in the Enterprise software industry.
- Experienced in writing test cases/test scenarios that cover both sanity and in-depth testing including and not limited to boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency tests.
- Familiar with automation testing, experienced in at least one programming language, Python preferred.
- Good knowledge in relational databases, intermediate or advanced fluency reading, and writing SQL statements.
- Good knowledge of Linux, script programming for test tools.
- Good knowledge in Web service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with others.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently.
- Proficient in English reading and writing skills.
