Responsibilities
- Scorecard Creation: Develop and maintain Fulfillment SPP Scorecards to track key performance indicators
- MCR Management: Update MCR receiving statuses for all inbound shipments and audit MCRs prior to release
- Reporting: Create and manage various reports as needed to support the Fulfillment Department
- Data Management: Generate weekly and monthly Fulfillment Actuals files
- Issue Tracking: Create Zendesk tickets for SKU inspection
