Responsibilities
- Collate, research and analyze data based on an understanding of search tools sources of business information
- Apply knowledge and problem solving skills in handling data related queries and issues
- Maintain SLAs around user and system flagged records and customer support request
- Assist with special content editorial projects
- Understand editorial processes, workflows and policies/ guidelines
- Improve overall data quality by performing quality checks on data
- Identify data coverage gaps and research on prospective solutions
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
