Responsibilities
- Handle ReturnBear’s core returns processing operations
- Receive shipments with various logistics partners
- Process returns in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined processes
- Propose continuous improvements to returns processing and work with the operations team to implement changes
- Track and manage inventory
- Manage storing and shipping goods to merchants and partners
- Operate a computer, tablet, printer, scanning gun, and other hardware/software necessary for returns processing
