Mission
We’re looking for a naturally curious and self-driven Revenue Operations Analyst/Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our go-to-market processes, driving efficiency through automation, and supporting strategic revenue initiatives. Job Description aOutcomes:
- Support and enhance the Deal Desk process to ensure pricing, approvals, and contracts are efficient and scalable
- Maintain and optimize our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability for GTM teams
- Serve as the first line of support for internal CRM and deal management requests
- Drive process improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with a focus on automation and revenue impact
- Support the rollout of new tools and processes and contribute to user enablement and adoption
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar operational role in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot; familiarity with other tools (e.g., CPQ, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper etc.) is a strong advantage
- Genuine interest in data and the ability to analyze and extract actionable insights
- Naturally curious, with a desire to understand how things work and how to make them better
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about AI, automation, and operational excellence
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
