Job description

Wati is a rapidly growing CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) that offers innovative business messaging solutions for both SMBs and large enterprises. Our mission is to simplify business communication, starting with WhatsApp.

Backed by global investors Sequoia, DST Global, and Tiger Global, we proudly stand as Shopify’s first investment in Asia. Additionally, we’re one of the industry’s top Meta BSPs (Business Solution Providers).

We serve 12000+ customers across 100+ countries. As a remote-first company, we prioritize adaptability and inclusivity. Our talented team spans the globe, working collaboratively to drive innovation and empower businesses through WhatsApp.

We are expanding our Revenue Operations team in LATAM and are looking for a RevOps Associate with a strong focus on tools, systems, and infrastructure—especially HubSpot—to support our regional and global go-to-market (GTM) teams. You’ll serve as a key partner in enabling scalable operations across LATAM while working as part of a globally distributed RevOps team.

Why This Role Matters

As our presence grows in LATAM, we need someone who understands both local market dynamics and global SaaS best practices. You’ll help ensure our regional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success have the right tools, processes, and data to operate efficiently—while staying connected with global RevOps initiatives.

You will be expected to deliver results consistently and on time, even when juggling multiple priorities. If you’re a proactive, growth-minded individual who asks “why” before getting things done, and you’re comfortable with high-growth SaaS’s mental and physical demands, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the RevOps Tool Stack in LATAM: Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack in the region with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM, while supporting the use of tools like Calendly, Chargebee, Intercom, and regional platforms such as Zenvia, JivoChat, Nuvemshop, Mercado Pago, or Pipefy.

  • HubSpot CRM Expertise: Build and maintain workflows, dashboards, and integrations in HubSpot to ensure it’s fully optimized for Sales, Marketing, and CS operations across LATAM.

  • Support Global Alignment: Collaborate closely with the global RevOps team to align LATAM projects with global strategy. Share insights from local markets to help shape global processes.

  • Tool Implementation & Localization: Evaluate and implement new tools that meet the unique needs of LATAM. Ensure compliance with local regulations, currency, and language nuances where needed.

  • Enablement & Training: Train LATAM GTM teams on tools and processes. Create documentation, onboarding materials, and live sessions to drive adoption and efficiency.

  • CRM Data Management: Maintain data hygiene and integrity in HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, attribution, and reporting across regional and global dashboards.

  • Automation & Efficiency: Build automated workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline handoffs across Sales, Marketing, and CS.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work daily with LATAM sales reps, marketers, CS managers, and the global RevOps and Finance teams to support revenue-driving initiatives.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or a similar role—ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with LATAM exposure.

  • Growth mindset — you’re curious, always learning, and continuously looking for ways to improve both yourself and the processes around you.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM—you’ve built custom workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.

  • Familiarity with GTM tools like Calendly, Chargebee, Notion, Intercom, and LATAM-specific SaaS platforms

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and the ability to connect the dots across different teams and processes to drive results.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese—you’re comfortable working across time zones and cultures.

  • Excellent time management skills — you know how to prioritize and deliver BAU tasks on time while still taking on strategic initiatives.

  • Problem-solving skills that go beyond surface-level fixes — you can identify root causes and propose innovative, long-term solutions.

  • A collaborative mindset—you thrive in cross-functional, distributed teams and take ownership of your domain.
