About the opportunity

You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we’ve brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets. We offer market-leading software products to gyms, health clubs, leisure, parks & recreation centers.

We’re hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to support our Fitness & Wellbeing product line in Australia. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact individual contributor role focused on overall business accountability including reporting, commission execution, and retention visibility.

Reporting into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, your goal is to discover opportunities for improvement across your entire revenue process.You won’t be building from scratch, but you will wear multiple hats. The work spans CS Ops, GTM analytics, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll partner with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Marketing, and you’ll work closely with the broader RevOps org based in the US and UK. As the product line grows, there will be opportunities to expand your scope and take on more strategic ownership across the GTM engine.

Some of the other responsibilities include :

  • Own reporting across CS and Sales with a focus on retention, pipeline health, and legacy software migration tracking
  • Support the execution and tracking of Account Management compensation plans
  • Define business requirements for Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft in partnership with Salesforce/IT team
  • Build visibility into backbook migration and risk management processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment and reporting consistency
  • Contribute to scalable RevOps processes as the product grows

This position is a hybrid role, with a preference for candidates based in Melbourne, where our Xplor office is located. However we can offer a fully remote role to Australia wide, once you’ve got full working rights.

Qualifications

What would make me a good candidate?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
  • Strong experience in CS Ops and retention-focused reporting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft as a business user or analyst
  • Proven ability to define and communicate clear business requirements
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with global teams
  • Must be based in Australia
  • Bonus: Experience with comp plan execution and customer migration initiatives
