We build Dagster, a data orchestration platform. Founded in 2018, we specialize in data engineering, open-source software, and SaaS.

Dagster helps teams build, scale, and monitor their AI and data pipelines. You can use it to build ETL & ELT pipelines for moving data to warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery, orchestrate dbt, Databricks, or Python transformations, and develop ML models with pipelines for data preparation, training, and experiment tracking.

The platform includes built-in observability with lineage, alerting, and real-time health metrics. This means you get a data catalog for discovering datasets, monitoring for incidents, and tracking data freshness, performance, and reliability.

We also offer Compass, a product that helps connect your warehouse data to business insights within your existing tools.

For enterprise clients, Dagster offers:

We have between 51 and 200 employees. We are remote-first and distributed, offering flexible remote work options for our US-based employees.
