ThisWay Global is revolutionizing AI-driven hiring solutions, and we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to help us grow. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will take a consultative approach, working with clients to understand their workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that create meaningful business impact.

The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a strong track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, HR tech, or AI-driven solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are comfortable balancing strategic selling with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue and business growth.

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to ensure consistent pipeline generation and deal progression.

  • Prospect actively via cold calling, outbound messaging, and strategic networking to identify and engage potential customers.

  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand client pain points and align our AI-driven hiring solutions to their needs.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and articulate our value proposition to diverse clients, from startups to enterprise organizations.

  • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Navigate complex sales processes, overcome objections, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success and implementation.

  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to position ThisWay Global as a leader in AI-driven HR solutions.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas while fostering strong client relationships.

  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and innovation, ensuring respect and collaboration in all interactions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or AI-driven solutions.

  • Strong ability to sell to startups, mid-market, and enterprise clients, tailoring approaches to different organizational needs.

  • Consultative sales mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing deals with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in sales execution with a hunter mentality.

  • Willingness to travel periodically for key meetings, conferences, and company gatherings.
