As Whizz continues its expansion, we are augmenting our Remote Sales & Support team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude for sales and customer support.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.
Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements.
Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients.
Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction.
C2 level fluency in English, as daily communication with native speakers is a core component of this role.
A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Availability to adhere to the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time).
Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
