Drawbridge is hiring a talented sales development representative responsible for helping to build Drawbridge’s first dedicated outbound sales motion to generate new business opportunities as well as growing existing customer revenue for the leading Cybersecurity/GRC platform that protects financial services firms and their investors from fraud and regulatory risk. This will include working alongside the Manager of Sales Development to continuously refine creative ways to prospect and generate qualified leads and opportunities for our Sales Executives and Account Managers. The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and is committed to creating new business meetings and opportunities while feeling comfortable in fast-paced and high-volume environments.

How you’ll contribute

  • Generate new business within the alternative investment space for Drawbridge by prospecting and uncovering qualified opportunities for the Sales Executives and Account Managers
  • Organize and drive quality meetings
  • Maintain a high volume of activities of calls, emails, and social interactions each week
  • Build and maintain executive relationships within assigned territory to help influence long-timer technology and business decisions
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads through the sales pipeline and to track sales activities
  • Align with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand, strategize, and execute the best prospecting strategy within assigned territory
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create campaigns and cadences that support the current go-to-market strategies
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Provide market feedback on prospect and customer feedback to continuously evolve product roadmap and sales strategies

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone and email
  • Self-starter and proven listening skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
