Our services include:

• Hiring Sprints: This service helps fill Go-To-Market (GTM), product, engineering, and leadership roles for startups. We combine AI tools with senior headhunters to find and convert passive talent. The process aims for quick delivery, providing the first qualified candidates within 7 days and a shortlist in 14 days. This service operates on a fixed-fee model and has achieved a 70% reduction in cost-per-hire and high candidate retention. We have served over 400 startups and scale-ups across six continents; 67% of placed candidates remain in their roles after 24 months. Our recruiting efforts cover North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Join a Startup: This segment assists individuals in finding co-founder opportunities or roles within well-funded startups. We provide access to job listings from our customer base.
• Manage Money: This service supports startups with fundraising and financial management. It includes pitch deck analysis, one-on-one pitch coaching, investor search, guidance on financing options, accounting and compliance services, and setting up cash flow, management reports, and dashboards. We have helped teams across six continents improve their fundraising approach.
• Predict Success: Through our partner, Predict.ventures, we analyze over 15,000 data points from a single email, URL, or PDF to predict startup success with 96% accuracy. This tool helps startups identify and address weaknesses, and assists investors in making investment decisions.

Our sustainability goal is to support social businesses, sustainability solutions, and good causes, aiming for them to make up at least 50% of our customer base. We aim to bring talent to these organizations to help them grow and increase their positive impact.
